Wedding Chapels and Receptions
My fiancee and I were looking for a good place to have a wedding reception. We wanted to have our reception somewhere elegant but unique. This meant that all of the reception centers were out. It also meant that we had to do some real looking around to find a great place. We searched and searched for a place and it took a long time. Finally we were driving around in Salt Lake City Utah and came across their old city and county building. It is absolutely gorgeous. It looks like a castle from a fairy tale. Even though we thought it was kind of odd to ask if we could rent out the city and county building for a reception, we decided to go in and do it anyway. Well, it worked out. They actually said that we could rent the place out and that we could use whatever level we wanted. While we were walking around the building we knew that there would have to be some tweaking to make it wedding reception capable, but we knew we could do it and we know that this was the perfect place.
